BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- It's been a long week for folks on the Cape and South Shore, some of whom have been without power since Tuesday's nor'easter.
Eversource spokesperson Mike Durand told WBZ NewsRadio 1030 that the company expects all power to be restored to everyone by 11 p.m. Friday.
Meanwhile, for a better idea of when you can expect power back, Durand says you can check the web.
"We now have town-by-town estimates available on the front page of our website, eversource.com," Durand said. "It doesn't drill down as deeply as individual neighborhoods or streets, but it is estimating by town."
The heavy snow and wind tore down a lot of tree limbs on power lines, and crews working around the clock had to go street-by-street to repair the damage.
Now, those crews will get a weekend breather before the next storm hits.
