She is now a mother of 4 and works full time in administration. Despite her hectic work schedule, Lateffa stilI finds the time to balance volunteer work for two non-profit organizations. She is always inspiring people to also volunteer and help others, and has always put others before herself. Although she is one of the youngest in her family most people consider her the rock. She has been referred to by her daughter as "The Glue" that holds everything in place.
