BOSTON, Mass (WBZ-AM) —  Casino mogul Steve Wynn is suing the Massachusetts Gaming Commission to try and ban it from releasing the findings of its months-long investigation into him and his company.

A judge in Nevada will hear arguments Monday on wynn's motion. He is claiming the company he founded gave The Gaming Commission documents that should have been protected under attorney-client privilege.

Wynn claims The Commission has instead used those documents during its investigation into allegations against him.

Until the lawsuit is settled, The Commission will not be able to read the investigative report on Wynn.
