Jassy Correia's story has become national news. Her story hits home for me because my oldest daughter is about the same age. My daughter goes out with friends to nightclubs. My daughter talks to guys at nightclubs just as any other twenty-something would on any given night. The Correia family expected Jassy to return home to her two year old daughter. Jassy's family thought they would be able to ask her if she enjoyed her 23rd birthday celebration. The Correias didn't get that chance. As more details began to emerge regarding Jassy's disappearance, the more concerned I became about the disconnect that can occur between young men and women.
