BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio)— It’s Race Day! The 123rd Running of the Marathon is set get underway Monday morning. Nearly 30,349 entrants will race from Hopkinton, Massachusetts to Boylston Street in Boston.

Here’s What You Should Know:

Men’s Wheelchair will start at 9:02 a.m. ET

Women's Wheelchair will start at 9:04 a.m. ET

Handcycles & Duos will start at 9:25 a.m. ET

Elite Women will start at 9:32 a.m. ET

Elite Men will start at 10:00 a.m. ET

Wave One will start at 10:02 a.m. ET

Wave Two will start at 10:25 a.m. ET

Wave Three will start at 10:50 a.m. ET

Wave Four will start at 11:15 a.m. ET

The following roadways along the Boston Marathon route will be closed to vehicular traffic on Monday, April 15.

One Boston Day:

This year’s Boston Marathon marks the first time that the race falls on April 15, One Boston Day, since April 15, 2013. Just before 2:49 p.m. on Monday, announcers at the Boston Marathon finish line will say a few words recognizing April 15, 2013 before pausing for a moment of reflection and remembrance at 2:49 p.m. The bells will ring at Old South Church following the moment of reflection.
